Well, it was a week for…news. Good news. Expected news. Unexpected news. And even some interesting news.
In mini (as in midget) news… my tickets arrived for Lucha Vavoom. If you know what’s good for you, you’ll show up too. Then you too can have crazy pictures like these. We’ll be there the 24th.
Lastly, for those of you following along at home, a bit of sad news. If you remember a few months back I picked up little something for myself. Now after all this time, and due to nothing in particular, but mainly just not being able to find time… it’s still unused. DAMMIT. I did figure out how to disassemble and reassemble it. So that has to count for something, right?
Ok, I lied. I have one more bit ‘o news. I finally settled on an idea for the long delayed redesign. It’ll probably piss off a few people, but it’ll make my life easier. (I hope.)

Art and Sayid

Still no word on the stuff that matters and the status quo is… quo, or whatever. But I keep telling myself, “Any day now…” That should help.
I ended up going to LAPON’s show at the Karen Lynne Gallery in Beverly Hills. I had a blast. Not only were the people there absolutely cool to hang with, but David Carradine showed up to support his son who was in the show. But the best surprise was seeing Naveen Andrews a.k.a. Sayid from ABC’s LOST.
Also, I’ve been made hip to a great new site: The Funk Boutique which has great music selections. While you’re at it, you might as well check out Skulla Petra Lunga’s other site, The Slaughtered Lamb Pub for some awesome Halloween music ideas.
A’ight… I’m out.
